First of all, try to avoid having negative thoughts. Even when things seem to be bad, there is always a silver lining. So, try to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. Whatever is in your mind actually does affect your life. If you want something very much, it will eventually happen. You just have to truly believe in it.
If you really want something to happen, just ask for it. How? I’ll tell you something that has worked for me: there were a few times in my life that I wanted something very much, but at the same time, I found it impossible to happen. I was even afraid of saying what it was that I wanted! So, I asked for it in a different way…
I wrote down the whatever it was I wanted to come true. It was like a confession; like a prayer; it was like I was asking some superhuman power to make my dream come true. When my wish came true, I can’t say I wasn’t surprised. But I understood that it came true only because I never stopped believing in it.
Why don’t you try for the best? If you want to change your life, change your thoughts from negative to positive.
What is it that you want?
- Wake up in the morning and listen to your favourite music. This will make you feel better.
- The glass isn’t empty. Stop complaining about things you don’t have, and start appreciating the things you do have.
- Write down the things you like in and about your life. Then, write down the things you don’t like and try to change them. If you don’t like anything in your life, write down a list with everything you would like to have.
- Stop living in the past and start living for the present and future. Don’t dwell on all the hard times and people that have hurt you. It’s up to you to create the life you deserve.
